For large catalogs, the label owner can bulk import data using our available Excel sheets for Payees and Deals.
NOTE: If you choose to bulk upload your deals, we recommend that you first upload all your revenue streams so that Habitat can automatically add ISRCs (“Tracks”) to the Deals.
For Payees:
Access the Bulk Import Payee page through the Create Payee section of Payees:
Download the template and import your payee data to align with the template.
Alternatively, payees can be uploaded in bulk by adding them to the Bulk Deal Upload. This is recommended.
For Content and Deals:
The same process occurs in which you access the Bulk Import Deal through the Create Deal section of Deals:
Download the applicable template and fill out your release data as well as your revenue-sharing data.
